Public Inspection


Part of the Federal Internal Revenue Service (IRS) ongoing compliance requirement is having specific document availabile for public inspection.

We are required to have the following items available:

  • Exemption application.
  • IRS Determination Letter.
  • Three most recent annual IRS returns.
  • Three more recently filed IRS Form 990-Ts.
  • IRS Forms, any attachements, and correspondence with the IRS
  • These items can be found on the IRS website via the IRS Tax Exempt Organization Search (TEOS) Tool. If you would like the Oklahoma Leather Association (OkLA) to provide this information, please send a request to info@okleather.org with the information you are requesting, and how you would like for it to be delivered. There will be a fee associated with the orgainzation providing the information if you choose not to use the IRS TEOS tool. After we receive the request via email, we will reach back out to you.
